What is a Professional Organizer?

A Professional Organizer is someone who works with you to understand your unique needs and provides a customized solution that maximizes the efficiency of your personal space.

What does a Professional Organizer do?

A Professional Organizer works side-by-side with you, guiding you through the choices of what to keep, what to part with, and suggesting how best to store the things you hold on to. By asking what you like and dislike about your living or storage space, we develop an understanding of what your goal is for that space – and help you achieve it.

Do I need to be at home while you organize?

Yes, please. Decisions made throughout the organizing process are based on your personal goals. We need your input to ensure that you get what you want.

Will I have to get rid of my stuff?

Only if you want to. You make all the decisions about what to keep or discard.

Are you going to take pictures of my home or office?

HomePuzzle will only take pictures with your express permission. Please remember that all personal information gathered during the course of conducting business is held in the strictest confidence. We are bound by the Code of Ethics of both Professional Organizers in Canada and the Institute for Challenging Disorganization.

Is HomePuzzle insured?
